Real Jersey milk

At the end of the milking season my herd were producing a butterfat content of over 7%. Number 84, as you can see here, was considerably higher than that. She provided house-milk for me for a few days after the rest of the herd was dried off, until I got fed up of making icecream. (Kat's Delight, the empty Friesian, was well capable of feeding both calves on her own so I ended up with most of 84's milk for my own use till I sent her to the dry herd for her winter holidays).
